Never been on a cruise? Before last week me neither!! But let me tell you, it was the most fun I had in a while!!
@royalcaribbean invited @937krq & @thebulltucson on their maiden voyage out of their brand spankin’ new port in Galveston Texas on the Allure Of The Seas!
Check in process was super easy, all you do is scan your passport (or have them check your birth certificate) and go through a TSA like Security system, and your on!
The Royal Caribbean staff was so welcoming, greeted us with champagne and music, I immediately knew it was going to be an amazing first cruise experience.
Anywho, part 2-4 of my FIRST cruise experience coming in a few!
Day 2 of my Royal Caribbean Cruise was pretty chill, walked around, shopped a little and relaxed a lot!
Caught Mama Mia which I had never seen, and I couldn’t get over how good it was!! The talent was pretty incredible and entertaining 💃🏽
Went to dinner at American Icon and enjoyed some delicious pasta, then went on down to a 70’s dance party (but the footage got lost of me dancing 😉)
Part 3, we get off the ship in Cozumel! 🏝️
Day 3 of Getting off the ship at Port in Cozumel was a GREAT learning experience for my first cruise!
I was high key stressing how to do this because I wasn’t sure what the process was but it is SO EASY. You literally just need your Royal Caribbean Cruise Sea Pass, a photo ID, and a little adventure in your spirit and you’re good to go!
🏝️ Spent the day on the beach at Playa Mia, had a couple piña coladas along with a very affordable massage, and some much needed beach time. Super dreamy 💕
🏝️ After eating and some shopping I went back to our load zone, got back on the bus and headed back to port!
🛑 The excursion guides give you a time to meet back at the pickup zone, and here’s a HUGE tip I learned.
👉🏽If you purchase an excursion off ship through Royal Carribean, and something happens to transport, the ship will not leave you if you’re late!!
👎🏽If you venture out on your own and don’t make it back by the time the ship is set to sail? You’re out of luck and flying back to your point of origin 🤷🏽♀️
👍🏽So my advice for the first timers is unless you’re SUPER familiar with your destination port, don’t chance it unless you like thrills of running late 😂😂

🌟 Kept the most entertaining one for last, I literally packed everything I could into the final day on Allure Of The Seas!
I’m still cracking up at how I just imagined the wall as a tree and couldn’t reach the zip line dismount platform 😂😂😂 Ahhh I look crazy but WHATEVER I had hella fun and if that encourages you to try it, it was worth it!
🎸 We ended the night with a special performance from now Grammy nominated @kelseaballerini who was sooo sweet to chat with, and is also a trooper for performing when it was pretty cold!
➡️Our night cap was definitely the silent disco party where EVERY one had an amazing time cutting it up 💃🏽.
🚢 Conclusion? Go on a cruise at least once, and let your hair down! Even if you're a little nervous, the crew helps you in ANY way possible and there's literally a designated area for you to ask questions at every turn.
👉🏽The experience, views, amenities are ALL worth the time and if you work remote, Royal Carribean will be equipped with Starlink on all of their ships by the end of the year!
🛑 No excuses to not treat yourself and before you think that cruises are only for the retired folks, I’m here to tell you they party as hard as the 20 something’s! Plus they make you feel hella loved on the ship 😂😂
