Keith Urban was performing at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville last week, when he noticed a female fan who had a sign that said, quote, "I beat cancer to hug Keith Urban." And Keith obliged.

He went into the crowd, hugged the fan, and even paused so that they could take a photo together. The crowd cheered, but also stayed out of the way so that the fan could have her moment with Keith.

The concert was a charity event for Susan G. Komen's breast cancer research efforts. A number of breast cancer warriors were in the audience, and the benefit raised $700,000 for cancer research.
