Shaboozey performed at the halftime show of the Chicago Bears / Detroit Lions game on Thanksgiving Day. And he had a fun six-minute set, featuring his biggest hits.
But NFL fans began trolling the Bears, saying that Shaboozey was on the field longer than their offense was in the first half.
The Lions were up 16 to 0 at that point, and were dominating the time of possession 23 minutes to SEVEN. So technically the Bears offense was on the field for longer than Shaboozey, but not by much.
One funny comment said, "Someone pour me a double shot of Whiskey, [signed] Shaboozey and Bears fans."
And another posted a short video of Shaboozey walking around the field while singing, and it said, "Total yards, Bears: 5, Shaboozey: 7."
In other halftime news, fans seemed to love Lainey Wilson's performance during the Cowboys / Giants game. And she even had a surprise appearance from Jelly Roll.
