If you don't remember, last month Carly Pearce opened up about having a heart condition called Pericarditis. It's severe enough where she had to alter her upcoming stage performances in order to keep her heart rate under control.
Well, she just provided us an update on her Instagram. She said, "For those of you asking, I'm getting better every day, I'll be running around like my usual self before you know it."
Carly also listed five things she's learned since she was diagnosed with this condition:
1. "You don't have to over exercise every single day to feel good."
2. "Medication sucks!"
3. "Walking is a great form of mental and physical exercise."
4. "Mindset is everything."
5. "Change is hard, but can be a really good thing."
This is great advice for anybody. Glad that Carly is feeling better!
