The 10 BEST cities for sticking to your New Year's resolutions are: Seattle, San Francisco, Scottsdale, Irvine, California, San Diego, Orlando, Fremont, California, Salt Lake City, Austin, and San Jose.

The WORST city is: Newark, New Jersey. Some other notable cities in the bottom 20 are: Jackson, Mississippi, Memphis, Detroit, Baton Rouge, Toledo, and North Las Vegas.
