We've seen Morgan Wallen's name at the top of a lot of lists this year. But this one's a little different!

Someone who's way too interested in booze looked at the top 600 country songs on Spotify, just to see which one mentions the word "WHISKEY" the most. Maybe you haven't noticed, it's a common theme in country music.

Two songs tied for first: "Whiskey Glasses" by Morgan Wallen, and "Whiskey on You" by Nate Smith. They both mention whiskey 13 separate times.

They gave Nate the edge though, maybe because he did it in fewer words. "Whiskey Glasses" is over 500 words long, and "Whiskey on You" is under 350. The word "whiskey" makes up almost 4% of the lyrics, or 1 in every 27 words.

Here are the rest of their Top 10 songs that mention whiskey the most . . .

3. "Me and the Whiskey" by Whitey Morgan and the 78's . . . 11 mentions.

4. "Me on Whiskey" by Morgan Wallen . . . nine.

5. "Tennessee Whiskey" by Chris Stapleton . . . nine.

6. "Must Be the Whiskey" by Cody Jinks . . . eight.

7. "Whiskey and Rain" by Michael Ray . . . eight.

8. "Wine, Beer, Whiskey" by Little Big Town, six.

9. "Friends in Low Places" by Garth Brooks, five. The live version has six.

10. A tie: "Cocaine and Whiskey" by Them Dirty Roses, and "Ain't Worth the Whiskey" by Cole Swindell. Four mentions each.

Here are a few more: "Talladega" by Eric Church, "One Number Away" by Luke Combs, "Whiskey Lullaby" by Brad Paisley, and "Marry Me" by Thomas Rhett. They all name-check whiskey three separate times.
