If you're getting ready to break out your seasonal, RED dinnerware for holiday guests, you should know that a new study has found that picky eaters are LESS likely to try foods served in anything red.

It's unclear why, although the researchers suggested that it could be because people have negative expectations when seeing the color red. Or maybe it just seems too bold for people who are already picky?

Unfortunately, they only tested red, blue, and white dishes, and found that white bowls are the most desirable. Boring.
