You might WISH you'd changed jobs during the pandemic after this stat: 29% of people who have say they're now making at least 30% MORE than they were before. And another 20% are making 10 to 20% more.
Not everyone wants more money though. Or, at least it's not the TOP thing they want from corporate. People were asked to name the #1 thing that could keep them in their current job longer. And your answer might depend on how old you are.
The #1 answer for Millennials was more money. But Gen Xers would rather have a new role and more responsibility. And Baby Boomers just want a little more recognition for all the work they do.
