There are plenty of times to watch what you eat, but for a lot of people, that starts sometime AFTER the next six weeks.

There's a survey out on the holiday foods that cause constipation for some people.  (If you're wondering who's thinking about THAT right now, it was commissioned by a company that makes laxatives . . . so, yeah.)

  Turkey is #1. 44% of people say it can get them "backed up." Pecan pie is second, followed by potatoes . . . chocolate . . . pumpkin pie . . . fudge . . . sugary candies . . . stuffing . . . ham . . . and "rack of lamb."

 The top beverages that "clog the system" include: Chocolate milk . . . non-alcoholic eggnog . . . hot chocolate . . . espresso martinis . . . alcoholic eggnog . . . and peppermint martinis.

Overall, 70% of people say they experience constipation more frequently during the holiday season.  (It's impressive that people pig out so much . . . and yet they can still identify the culprit that's the main cause of the problem.)
