Jelly Roll is headlining the closing ceremony of the Invictus Games in Vancouver February 16th. They're like the Olympics, but for veterans and active-duty military.

He announced it with a silly promo where he gives Prince Harry a NECK TATTOO.  (???) It's just a joke, not for real.

Harry founded the Invictus Games in 2014 after he went to a similar event in the U.S. called the Warrior Games.

The joke in the promo is that Jelly won't do the show unless he gets to give him a tattoo. Harry suggests something on his lower back. But Jelly says that when it's your first tattoo, the neck is best.

It's a tattoo of the Invictus Games logo . . . "I Am" . . . with Jelly's name at the bottom.
