It wouldn't be surprising to hear that a country singer's horses won a prize at a state fair, but you might not expect it from someone as big as 40-year-old Miranda Lambert.
Earlier this month, Miranda took a break to travel to the Oklahoma State Fair to show her horses. She talked about it on social media, and posted a round-up of photos. And the horses apparently did well, taking home a BLUE RIBBON.
Miranda said, quote, "Horses are my happy place. [And] what better way to celebrate 'Postcards from Texas' than doing something country AND western."
