Are you a sweater? Like, someone who sweats too much. Not the warm, wool thing. You're definitely not the only one...and you don't have to keep on suffering in your personal moistness factory.

Here are four things you can do if you sweat way more than you'd like...

1. Change what you eat. You already probably know that spicy foods can make you sweat. But things like processed sugar, caffeine, and alcohol can also raise your body temperature and make you sweat, especially at night.

2. Drink more water. Yes, the way to stop being so wet is to increase your...internal wetness? If you drink more water, it will help regulate your body temperature...and that stops you from sweating.

3. Buy products designed for the sweaty. There's a whole market of products out there for people who need help with excessive sweating: Special deodorants for all over your body, wipes, and even electronic anti-sweat machines that you can use at home.

4. Wear more breathable clothing. Wear clothes made of cotton, linen, and silk...and avoid things like polyester, denim and fleece.

One more note: If you're REALLY sweating a lot and these tricks don't work, you might have a condition called hyperhidrosis. So...you should really ask your doctor. There IS a chance the sweating could be a sign of something more serious.
